PATHWAYS TO COMPETITIVENESS
Pathways to Competitiveness (P2C) is an online tool created by WSC to benchmark strategic efforts to align education, workforce development and economic development policies and practices. Designed to help regional collaborations manage their initiatives to spur economic growth, P2C tracks progress over time and against that of other sites. It also identifies areas for action going forward.
The tool is ideally suited for measuring the progress of career pathways and regional sectoral collaborations. Callibrated against each of the five steps of WSC's well-documented and widely used career pathways process, P2C captures and aggregates data that can be easily updated. Featuring detailed graphs, reports can be generated for use in documents and presentations.
