Rodney Bradshaw is employed as Director of the Gulf Coast Workforce Board. The Gulf Coast Board serves the 13 county Houston-Galveston region and is attempting to build an employer led local workforce system. Last year, over 500,000 residents received some level of service in the 36 career center offices in the region, and 135,000 were hired by local employers. Rodney has served on the advisory board to the National Association of Counties, the National Workforce Association Board, and currently serves as an officer to the Texas Association of Workforce Boards.
