Matthew Kinkley

Matthew Kinkley is the current Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs at Rhodes State College and Dean of Instructional Services. His responsibilities include providing administrative oversight to the West Central Ohio Tech Prep Consortium, the Learning Center, the Center for Distance Education, the Testing Center, and the Multi-media Program. He additionally works inside the institution managing the academic schedule, college catalogue, off campus coursework, and postsecondary education option. He has consulted and served as the principle investigator for a variety of federal, state and private grantees, including work with the Workforce Strategy Center, KnowledgeWorks, Lumina, Ohio College Access Network, National Science Foundation, and others. He has served on the steering committee for the Ohio Bridges to Opportunity Initiative and currently serves on Ohio Shifting Gears initiative sponsored by the Joyce foundation. He has presented at a wide range of conference on advanced manufacturing pathways, community engagement, and college access initiatives.

He holds degrees in Criminology, Counseling and Higher Education from the Ohio State University, the University of Dayton and the University of Toledo, respectively.
