Christopher Spence, consultant, has worked with workforce and education providers throughout the United States to develop regional career pathways. He is an author or co-author of several publications including The Career Pathways How-To Guide and Working Together: Aligning State Systems and Policies for Individual and Regional Prosperity. Mr. Spence is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in public policy at the New York University Wagner School of Public Service. Before beginning his workforce development career, Mr. Spence was a captain in the United States Army.
